atCommunications wins third American Graphic Design Award

A local firm is the recipient of Graphic Design USA magazine’s 2013 American Graphic Design Award. Northbrook-based atCommunications, LLC earned its third American Graphic Design Award since 1999 for a Web site it produced, along with Philadelphia, PA advertising agency Open Haus Studio, for health information management industry leader Precyse (www.PrecyseUniversity.com).
For five decades, the editors of Graphic Design USA have honored the outstanding work of creative professionals in the graphic arts community with their American Graphic Design Awards. This year, more than 8,000 entries were submitted by design firms, ad agencies, in-house corporate and institutional designers, publishers and others from across the United States, in 23 different categories from print and packaging to Internet and interactive design. Award winners will be featured in the 2013 American Graphic Design Annual, to be published later this year by Graphic Design USA magazine.
atCommunications (www.atCommunications.com) is one of the Midwest’s oldest and most well-respected digital marketing agencies. Over the course of more than 14 years the firm has designed, programmed, hosted and promoted close to 1,000 Web sites, CDs, DVDs, and mobile applications for clients spanning the spectrum of industries and service sectors–from Fortune 500 companies like McDonald’s, Microsoft, Pepsi, Pfizer, and State Farm, to small businesses and not-for-profits serving their communities. The firm was founded by Northbrook resident Terry Kasdan in 1999.
